Meat Handling ::
Your guide will field dress the animal to your specifications. He will use an Argo and/or boat to get your meat back to Spruce Pond Lodge as soon as possible. Once back at camp, we can hang
quarters in our meat house and let the meat air dry, or we can put the meat into our freezers. Once the meat is flown out from Spruce Pond we will transport it to a local butcher who can cut
it to your specifications.
